Support for Sensitive Souls

The world needs our magick! Emotional dysregulation is normal while experiencing overlapping crises, and it makes numbing out an attractive option.

How do we find the strength to continue serving our communities and loved ones while experiencing immense grief? How do we move through the pain and mitigate feelings of powerlessness to take action within our sphere of influence?

Please join Erin for a free community event via Zoom on Sunday, October 22, 2023.

We will hold a casual ceremony and connect with the wisdom of the Earth, the celestial realm, and the spirits of Dandelion and Elecampane to help caregivers, healers, space holders, and other sensitive individuals calm their nervous systems.

A an elecampane bloom sits in a human hand, it is large, yellow, and radiates like the sun.

We’ll breathe together, create space within our bodies to balance the discomfort, and discuss ways to restore our energy when depleted. We must pace ourselves. The world we want to live in is worth fighting for; we do not need to go through it alone.

We expect this gathering to last between 60-90 minutes. The self-care practices section will be recorded, but any personal shares related to processing will not. We look forward to seeing you!

REGISTRATION IS CLOSED; PLEASE SUBSCRIBE TO SUBSTACK TO GET A COPY OF THE RECORDING WHEN AVAILABLE.
