Inclusion and Accountability Policy

A quiet path in the woods covered with fallen leaves and surrounded by mist stretches out before the viewer

Erin Kelley, aka Slow Magick, is committed to creating, cultivating and preserving a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion within our various community healing containers such as 1:1 astrology consultations, birth chart or natal chart readings, astrological transit readings, astrology classes, workshops, retreats, and offline/online communities.

Our community is the most valuable asset we have. We value collective healing, lived experiences, wisdom, self-expression, capabilities, and empathy that our community reflects.

We also embrace and encourage our audience's differences in age, color, disability, ethnicity, gender identity or expression, language, national origin, physical and mental ability, race, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, and other intersectional identities.

All community members and collaborators of Erin Kelley, and Slow Magick, have a responsibility to treat others with dignity and respect at all times.

Any racist, homophobic, transphobic, antisemitic, anti-black, anti-indigenous, fatphobic, ableist, prejudiced, and oppressive language is not tolerated. This also includes macro and micro aggressions. Those who are affected by the actions will be prioritized.

Use of emotional violence, gaslighting, intimidation, and physical violence is not tolerated in the community container.

Failure to abide by this policy means removal from the community container with zero refunds.

Any person who exhibited inappropriate conduct or behavior against others may be invited to participate in a restorative conversation if the affected person/people agree. This will be facilitated with my support or the support of a neutral third party.

Members of our community who believe they have been subjected to any discrimination that conflicts with our diversity and inclusion policy and initiatives, please email Erin Kelley at vespertine@slowmagick.com
